Observed multiple rooms being with AC Vent filters with build up of dust in them at the time of this inspection. CA: Increase cleaning frequency to prevent build up
15 - ice from approved source; properly handled, supplied and stored; equipment approved/clean

Observed 1st floor ice machine with build up on the internal dispensing side at the time of this inspection. CA: Increase cleaning frequency to prevent build up
33 - housekeeping carts and storage areas maintained; clean/sanitized items protected from contamination
Observed housekeeping carts with chemical bottles being stored next to and nozzle positioned over guest tissue and coffee cup lids at the time of this inspection. COS: Bottles were moved to a secure area not near guest products and staff was reeducated on importance of keeping chemicals away from guest products to prevent accidental contamination
