COS: Management removed the cleaner from use during food service. CA: Management stated that staff will only use the approved strength "sanitizer" that is dispensed at the 3 compartment sink moving forward. Management was also educated to read the labels of any pre made/mixed solutions to make sure the manufactures label has the appropriate instructions for chemical use as a "Food Contact Surface Sanitizer".
