Observed facility with option for key drop delivery without key drop delivery agreement on file. CA: Facility receiving food via key drop must have a key drop delivery agreement on file. No COS can be observed, inspector must return for follow-up on 1/23.

2-2A - management knowledge, responsibilities, reporting
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(1)(c)17 - demonstration (pf)
Observed establishment lacking employee health policy. CA: PIC must explain how the person in charge and food employees comply with reporting responsibilities and exclusion or restriction of food employees. No COS can be noted. Policy provided but inspector must return to verify employees have received training.
1/23: Visited facility and verified employees had received training, employee reporting agreement provided and employee policy is on file.
2-2E - response procedures for vomiting & diarrheal events
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(6) - clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events(pf)
Observed establishment lacking procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food establishment. CA: Food establishment shall have written procedures for employees to follow and an EPA registered disinfectant effective against Norovirus. No COS can be noted. Inspector must return to verify bodily fluid clean-up procedures are in place.
1/23: Bodily fluid provided had no instructions or EPA approved disinfectant. 1/28: Spoke with manager, she stated a new kit (with instructions and EPA registered disinfectant) has been ordered and will contact me once it has been delivered. 2/16: Verified facility has bodily fluid clean-up kit with instructions and approved EPA registered disinfectant.
