Observed employee drinks without single service lids or straws. CA: Employee drinks shall be stored in a single service cup, lid, and straw. COS: CFSM had all employee drinks placed in single service cup, lid, and straw.
12B - personal cleanliness
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(g) - jewelry (c)
Observed several food prep employees with bracelets. CA: Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: CFSM had all employees remove jewelry.
