Observed facility lacking key drop delivery agreement. CA: Facilities that have option for key drop delivery must have key drop delivery agreement on file. No COS can be noted, inspector must return to verify key drop delivery agreement has been obtained.

Observed handwashing sink paper towel dispenser at back prep area without paper towels. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with individual, disposable towels. COS: Paper towel dispenser refilled with paper towels.

Observed handwashing sink at warewashing area without faucet handles. CA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. No COS can be noted, inspector must return for follow-up inspection to verify.

3/16: Handwashing sink has been repaired.

Observed facility without written presence of allergens notification in view of customers. New updates to food rules checklist discussed and signed on 06/04/2025 with Laura Pritchett.

COS: Facility was given written presence of allergens notice for posting in view of customers.

Observed scoop handle down in sugar of sugar container in main kitchen.

CA: PIC removed scoop and educated staff about proper storage of in use utensils.

Observed multiple TCS food items (Pork = 49F, Mac and Cheese = 51F, BBQ Sauce = 57F and 59F) reading above 41F on the counter by the pizza prep-top cooler. CA: TCS food shall be maintained at 41F or below. COS: PIC chose to discard the mac and cheese. PIC rapidly cooled the pork and BBQ sauce in an ice bath.
