Observed raw shelled eggs stored in reach-in cooler on shelf directly over ready-to-eat foods (watermelon, strawberries, whipped cream). CA: Foods must be stored by minimum cook temperature. COS: No contamination was observed. Raw shelled eggs placed on bottom shelf.
2-2E - response procedures for vomiting & diarrheal events
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(6) - clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events(pf)
Observed no bodily fluid clean-up kit or written procedures at facility. CA: A food establishment shall have written procedures for employees to follow and an EPA registered disinfectant effective against Norovirus available on-site at the food service establishment when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. COS: PIC ordered bodily fluid clean-up kit. Will perform informal follow-up on 5/15 to verify.
