Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(c) - handwashing sinks, installation (pf, c)
Observed handwashing sink in main kitchen unable to reach 85 degrees F, reaching max temperature of 80 degrees F. CA: A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 85ºF (29.4 ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. No COS. Inspector must return to assess handwashing sink able to reach proper temperature of at least 85 degrees F by 3/23/2026.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed multiple food holding pans with accumulated dust and food debris. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch COS: dirty dishes moved to dishwashing station. PIC instructed to review all dishes for accumulations and and clean as needed.
