Observed the employees' personal cups store in the main kitchen area (grills area). CA: Ensure employees use single service cup with a lid and a straw in the kitchen area. Personal cup shall not be used in the main kitchen. COS Personal cups were removed and stored in the office.

Observed a box of food stored on the floor in the walk-in freezer. Ensure food is stored 6 inches off the floor.

Observed a food handler with a watch on their wrist while handling food. Ensure no more than a wedding band on wrists
