Observed hand washing sinks with hot water lower than 85°F for more than 15 second. Corrective action: Handwashing sinks shall be 85°F or higher constantly. PIC was instructed to service the water heater or plumbing.

No paper towels are provided for the handwashing sink located next to the dishwasher area. PIC was informed and instructed to provide paper towels.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Observed a fruit ice bath container with heavy pink/black slime mold-like substances located in the bar area. Ensure containers are frequently cleaned and sanitized to prevent mold growth. The COS container was put in the dishwasher area to be re-washed, rinse and sanitized.
