Observed a plate of chips not covered or protected from contamination. Corrective action (CA): All food shall be covered or resealed properly unless it is in the cooling process. Corrected on-site (COS): All concerned food was covered during the inspection

Observed the white drip plate inside the ice machine with black and pink residue. CA: Ensure all food surfaces are cleaned and sanitized frequently to prevent the accumulation of mold-like substances. Ensure the drip plate is cleaned by 12/31/2025.

Observed the bulk of rice and beans in the dry storage were not labeled. CA: all bulk food and working containers shall be labeled if removed from the original container.

Observed dented cans stored on the can shelf, not separate or segregated as required. Ensure dented cans are stored in the dented cans area or put for return, separated from food utensil equipment, single-service items.
