Observed food items stored in the prep bottom cooler were not covered. CA: Foods shall be covered or resealed properly when they are undergoing the cooling process. COS: All concerned food items were covered.

Observed pink slime mold-like substance on the white drip plate inside the ice machine. CA: All food item contact surfaces shall be cleaned frequently to prevent mold-like substance buildup.
