33: .17(2)Observed multiple housekeeping carts with unlabeled chemical spray bottles. Observed an unlabeled chemical spray bottle in the housekeeping laundry room. [.17(2)] Any spray bottle used in cleaning a tourist room or stored on the housekeeping cart shall be labeled with its contents. Cleaners and sanitizer shall be used according to the manufacturer's use direction and label. Corrective Actions: Housekeeping informed what chemicals were inside the spray bottles, General manager informed housekeeping manager, and labeled the bottles during inspection.

8: .15(5)Facility has 3 tank and 3 tankless water heaters and 3 dryers that operate on gas. Facility engineer stated the units were inspected on 12/05/2025. Reports could not be generated at the time of inspection except one checklist for one of the water heaters (attached). All gas-fired equipment shall be inspected at least annually by a qualified licensed contractor or local fire authority, if available. Points to be inspected are proper construction and installation, malfunctions and adjustments of controls and burners, faulty heat exchangers and vent obstructions. Any defects found on inspection must be corrected by a qualified heating contractor prior to use of the equipment. Upon request, the operator shall provide evidence of inspection and/or correction of any deficiency. Corrective Actions: Person in charge will be emailed the reports by 12/23/2025.

1: .07(2)Observed all rooms with a water temperature above 120 degrees. (see notes) Hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120ºF. Corrective Actions: Water was adjusted at boiler to allow for water below 120 degrees.
