2-2D: .07(3)(b)Bar hand sink did not have paper towels. Each handwashing sink shall be provided with individual, disposable towels,; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. (Pf) Corrective Actions: PIC placed paper towels at hand sink.

2-2D: .07(3)(a)Both hand sinks (one in bar and one in kitchen) did not have soap. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. (Pf) Corrective Actions: PIC (person in charge) bought disposable soaps and had them placed at hand sinks.

12B: .03(5)(j)Observed all three employees with long, loose hair while prepping either drinks or food in the kitchen. Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch (1/2"). (C) Corrective Actions: PIC had employees restrain hair and hands were washed.
