NOTE: No food preparation. NOTE: Ensure employee items are stored in a designated area. NOTE: Observed commercially packaged creamers, teas, and coffees in the walk in cooler farthest from the bar. Per person in charge, the food belongs to a church group who gather at the brewery on Sundays when the brewery is not open. Discussed with person in charge that food or items that belong to individuals or groups that are not a part of the ownership of the brewery cannot be stored on site. If the brewery is allowing the church group to use the dining room to gather after church, the church group can bring their teas and coffees to the brewery every time they gather at the brewery and drinks will have to be removed once the church group leaves. **3 consecutive violations for the same code provision on a routine inspection may result in food service permit SUSPENSION.** Questions? 770-963-5132 or www.gnrhealth.com
