2-2D: .06(2)(o)Observed an employee filling containers in the handwashing sink in front of the ice machine.// A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use and not used for purposes other than handwashing. An automatic handwashing facility shall be used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. (Pf) Corrective Actions: The employee was instructed to only use the handwashing sink for handwashing only. The sink was cleaned and sanitized.//

14B: .05(10)(e) 1,2,4Observed multiple containers on the clean rack across from the three compartment sink that were stacked wet.// Clean equipment and utensils shall be stored in a self-draining position that allows air drying and covered or inverted. (C) Corrective Actions: Person in charge had the containers recleaned and sanitized. The containers were then allowed to air dry before stacking.//
