The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. (C) Corrective Actions: PIC placed current score in both places.

15C: .05(7)(a)2,3Observed 5 clean containers with labels still on them. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. (C) Corrective Actions: PIC (person in charge) had labels removed and containers washed again.

2-2D: .06(2)(o)Observed a brush in the hand sink. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. (Pf) Corrective Actions: PIC (person in charge) removed brush and had sink cleaned.
