14B: .05(10)(g)2Observed that the utensils stored in the kitchen were stored with the handles down. The food/lip surface was exposed to touch.// Knives, forks, and spoons that are not pre-wrapped shall be presented so that only the handles are touched by employees and by consumers if consumer self-service is provided. (C) Corrective Actions: Person in charge had the utensils recleaned and sanitized. Once dried the utensils were stored with the food/lip contact surface down so that contamination could not occur.//
