Each handwashing sink shall be provided with individual, disposable towels,; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Person in charge placed paper towels in both dispensers.

10D: .04(4)(d)Observed several sauce bottles that were not easily recognizable without a label on them. Except for containers holding food that can be readily and unmistakably recognized, such as dry pasta, working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the food establishment, such as cooking oils, flour, herbs, potato flakes, salt, spices, and sugar shall be clearly and legibly identified, in English, with the common name of the food. (C) Corrective Actions: Person in charge labeled all bottle wit the common name in English.

12A: .04(4)(q)Observed a box of hot dogs in the walk in cooler stored in direct contact with the floor. Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food:
- in a clean dry location; (C)
- where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; (C) and
- at least 6 inches (15 cm) above the floor. (C) Corrective Actions: Person in charge picked up box of hot dogs and stored it on the storage shelf that was 6 inches off of the floor

15B: .05(3)(h),(i)Person in charge was not able to locate sanitizing test strips during the inspection. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L (or ppm) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Shift manager came during the end of the inspection and located test strips used for sanitizer.

Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, and use tobacco shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination.
