Facility does not have a key drop delivery agreement and Gordon Foods is recording the temperature of the cooler and freezer upon delivery. 2-2E: .03(6)Person in charge could not locate facility's clean up kit or procedures. Per person in charge, facility would use degreaser to clean a vomit or diarrheal event. A food establishment shall have procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Facility has a sanitizer on site that is effective against Norovirus. Facility has items on site that are included in the bleach procedures. Bleach procedures provided and edited to use effective sanitizer that is on site. A clean up kit was assembled.
