Upon entry to facility, no hot water was available at any sink. All sinks peaked at 93 F. The water was again checked and it was found that all sinks now had hot water available.

Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment.

Note: EHS will perform hot water calculations to ensure water heater is sufficient for facility. PIC will call appropriate personnel to ensure hot water is always available while facility is open.
