Observed a handwashing sink to have a waffle batter bucket sitting in it, full of water.

COS: PIC immediately removed the bucket and placed it with the dirty dishes.

Observed several food items in cold hold units to not be covered. Storing the food in packages, covered containers, or wrappings, except for loosely covered or uncovered containers in which food is being cooled if protected from overhead contamination. COS: PIC voluntarily covered all food items during the inspection.

Upon entry of facility observed a food container located in the hand sink located in the main kitchen area.
