Observed the final hot water temperature in the men's restroom hand sink to be 72F. 511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h) - Water Supply, Capacity; Pressure (Pf) (g) Capacity.

1. The water source and system shall be of sufficient capacity to meet the peak water demands of the food service establishment. Pf COS: The facility will convert the women's single-use bathroom into a unisex restroom until the facility can restore hot water generation in the men's restroom.

Observed one of the dumpsters to be missing a drain plug, allowing pests access to the dumpster. 511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p) - Using Drain Plugs; Maintaining Refuse Areas (C) (o) Using Drain Plugs. Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall have drain plugs in place. Note: Facility shall purchase and install a drain plug in the dumpster that is missing one.

Observed garlic in oil to be sitting near the grill, above 41F. Please see temperature log for details.

Observed heavy accumulation of mold-like substance in drive-thru soda nozzles.

In equipment such as ice bins and beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment such as ice makers, cooking oil storage tanks and distribution lines, beverage and syrup dispensing lines or tubes, coffee bean grinders, and water vending equipment:

(I) At a frequency specified by the manufacturer; or

(II) Absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold.

Note: PIC will ensure nozzles are being cleaned and sanitized daily and soil accumulation is prevented. PIC will have nozzles cleaned by COB.

Observed waste receptacle missing drain plug.
