Observed ice machine with build up on interior. CA: Equipment should be cleaned at a frequency to maintain clean to sight and touch. Manager will clean interior when ice level is down.

Observed tea nozzles with excess build up. utensils should be cleaned at a frequency to maintain clean to sight and touch. Tea nozzles were removed and properly cleaned.
