Observed TCS foods (Cooked mashed potatoes and broccoli) not properly protected from contamination on the serving line. Several sneeze shields were removed from the serving area. PIC advised that sneeze shield was removed and never replaced. PIC will contact maintenance and have the sneeze shields reinstalled by 3/16/2026 to prevent potential contamination.
