Observed no hand drying provisions in restrooms. Owner was advised that he may place hand air dryers.

Observed no food service permit for establishment. Manager paid for food service permit and late fee after inspection was concluded. [check #1701]

Splash guard needed in between hand sink and labeled meat sink. Manager advised after the inspection that the labeled meat sink was no longer used at the meat sink. Manager was advised to remove the sign and place it on its designated sink used for meat prep.
