Observed 3 packs of frozen raw chicken thawing in standing water in the meat prep sink. Manager was advised that frozen food items thawing by water must be thawed under cool running water. Manager corrected on site by emptying the sink and running cool water over the frozen chicken.

Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
Observed pre-rinse sink faucet leaking next to the dish machine. Observed frozen leak in the walk in freezer behind the fan.

Observed 4 fryer baskets in disrepair with wires coming undone. Manager discarded the fryer baskets.
