Observed wiping cloths stored in chlorine sanitizing solution of 0ppm. Employee corrected on site.

Observed back screen door with gaps all around, allowing pests entry.

Observed small live insects in the main kitchen.

Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(a) - plumbing system, approved (p)
Observed the floor drain under the meat sink with sewage back flowing onto the floor during the inspection. Manager contacted a plumber during the inspection. Manager was advised that the backflow was an imminent health hazard and the facility needed to close until the backflow was resolved. Manager was also advised that once the floor drain was properly cleared and sewage was no longer backing up onto the floors, to contact the health department via phone or email (keundra.golden@dph.ga.gov) to get approval for re-opening. Facility may not open until the health department gives approval.

Observed reach in and walk in cooler shelves in needs of cleaning due to accumulation and repainting due to rust. Observed the 3 compartment sink caulking in bad repair with mold growth. Area must be deeply cleaned and re-caulked.

Observed bottom of wall outside of the walk in cooler in bad repair. Observed webs throughout the main kitchen walls.
