Observed debris under the pull-out couch in room 207. Also, observed debris behind the tv stand in room 310. Also, observed debris under the bed in room 321. 511-6-2-.14(1) - Floors, Walls, and Ceilings Floors, walls, ceilings. windows, doors and all other appurtenances shall be of sound construction, properly maintained in good repair and shall be kept clean. Clean under pull-out couches, tv stands, and beds as often as necessary

Observed a black substance on the inside of the ice machine on the second floor. Also, observed a pink substance on the inside of the ice machine on the third floor. 511-6-2-.07(8) - Ice Supply If self-service ice is provided, then it shall be from an approved water supply. In all new tourist accommodations, and in existing tourist accommodations when machines are replaced, only automatic dispensing ice machines will be allowed. In existing tourist accommodations permitted prior to the adoption of this rule, the use of existing self-service ice-storage bins may be continued, provided that the machines are maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
