Observed establishment does not have current certified food safety manager (CFSM). All employees with certification have expired certificates. Prior CFSM no longer employed at establishment. 8/18/2023 resigned. Corrective Action: Person-in charge advised establishment must obtain a CFSM as soon as possible and not to excceed 90 days from date CFSM was no longer employeed.
