Observed clean oven food racks sitting on floor beside ovens. All food Equipment needs to be store 6 inches off the floor. COS PIC placed oven racks in 3 compartment sink to be cleaned and asked if she could keep them on the second food prep shelve for storage. EHS stated yes.
