The last gas fired equipment inspection was done 6/2024. There has not been done in 2025. All gas-fired equipment shall be inspected at least annually

In room 101 there is food in the fridge. In room 108 the fridge/freezer needs to be cleaned. In room 205 the freezer needs to be defrosted. In room 214 the freezer needs to be defrosted. All appliances shall be maintained clean and in good repair

Tiles by front door warped, with standing water in room 122. Water damage by front door in room 122 on wall. Ceiling in bathroom damaged. Ceiling had signs of water damage in bathroom of room 122. Freezers have build up of ice and need to be defrosted and cleaned. All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin

In rooms 116, 210, 213, 215 there was no ventilation in the bathrooms. All toilet facilities shall have proper ventilation to prevent mildew. CA: All ventilation systems shall be fixed

In room 210 there was a hold to the left of the bed observed. All walls shall be maintained in good repair

No gas fire equipment inspection available. All gas-fired equipment shall be inspected at least annually by a qualified licensed contractor or local fire authority, if available. Points to be inspected are proper construction and installation, malfunctions and adjustments of controls and burners, faulty heat exchangers and vent obstructions. Any defects found on inspection must be corrected by a qualified heating contractor prior to use of the equipment. Upon request, the operator shall provide evidence of inspection and/or correction of any deficiency. POC: Has called company, they are scheduled to come out soon.
