Milk in reach in cooler in breakfast area had milk in it that was temped at 48 deg f. Waffle batter in waffle dispenser cold holding at 50 deg f. Ambient of the reach in cooler is 46 deg f. CA: All tcs food cold holding shall be maintained at 41 deg f or below. COS: Discarded during inspection. Waffle batter going to be put under time, and reach in cooler not going to be used for TCS items until temping correctly.
