Not all employees have signed the employee health policy. This document is what the facility uses to train on the employee health policy. CA: Food employees and conditional employees shall be informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report in accordance with the Chapter, to the person in charge, information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food. Facility given a blank employee health policy, and has until Monday to get everyone's signature to verify they have been trained.
