Pipe that is draining underneath the prep sink by the fryer needs to be moved so that it is over the floor drain. The pipe by the employee are needs to be extended so that it can drain into the floor drain.

Baseboards, walls, ceiling and floors need to be cleaned throughout the facility. Walls and coving need to be repainted in places that are missing paint or where paint has faded over time. The floor underneath the front counter by the trash can has damaged or missing floor tiles that need to be fixed. The tiles underneath the prep table by the fryer are damaged and need to be repaired or replaced. Damaged or dirty ceiling tiles need to be replaced throughout the facility. Pipe underneath the prep table and under the 3 compartment sink are dirty and need to be cleaned. Walk in cooler has a build up of residue on the outside door, on the inside floor and on the storage racks that need to be cleaned. Floor not fully secure in the walk in cooler. That needs to be properly secured to make sure water does not get under the floor. The ceiling in the storage room needs to be repaired. The floor needs to be painted in the storage room. Walk in freezer has a build up of ice and needs to be cleaned. Curtains in the walk in cooler and walk in freezer either need to be discarded or replaced.
CA: All physical facilities shall be maintained clean and in good repair.
