Chicken on the prep counter temped at 60 deg f. Sausage in the walk in cooler cold holding temped at 58 deg f and 57 deg f. Cheese in the walk in cooler cold holding temped at 50 deg f. CA: All tcs food cold holding shall be maintained at 41 deg f or below. COS: Discarded during inspection.
