While attempting to dial out the General Manager stepped back into the pool area and inquired if I was trying to dial out on the phone. She stated that she would not be able to answer the phone due to being away from the desk. Informed GM that the phone should not be wired to the front desk and that management has been warned of this multiple times. CA: Will speak with EH County Manager to discuss conducting a Risk Control Meeting with owner due to establishment continuing to route phone back to front desk after being informed not to multiple times.

When discussed with hotel manager and front desk the employee stated that she attempted to answer the phone.
