Observed white wall covering, over both 3 compartment sinks, that had a grayish black substance on them. When touching the covering it was sticky to touch. Requested that an employee attempt to wipe substance off of covering. The material was not easy to clean and the substance did not come off of the covering. CA: Wall covering must be replaced with a material that is designed of a smooth easy to clean surface.
