Observed no weirs in skimmers. Each skimmer must have a weir.

Observed free chlorine levels not reaching minimum of 2ppm. Free chlorine levels reading at 0.86.

Observed chlorine and pH are only being tested once daily. PIC needs to ensure chlorine and pH are tested twice daily.

Observed emergency phone giving the busy signal when picked up. Attempted hanging up to get dial tone. Attempted calling 911 manually. Phone unable to dial out.

Observed daily log book only had 3 entries for the month of February. None of the log book entries were from a Certified Pool Operator.

Observed emergency phone was off the hook when opened. Inspector hung the phone up and picked it back up to attempt to dial 911. When dialing 911 the phone rang multiple times then gave the busy signal.

Observed shower handle was missing during inspection.

Observed combined chlorine levels were measuring at 0.73 at time of inspection.

Observed flow meter was not showing the flow rate of the pool. The inspector attempted tapping the flow meter to see if meter was stuck. Meter did not move. (2nd Repeat Violation)

Observed peak occupancy and hours of operation were not clearly labeled for guest to see. Checked both entry ways were the signs have been placed and all signs were blank.

Observed flow meter was not reading GPM. The CPO attempted adjusting the flow meter but was unsuccessful. CPO agreed to replace the flow meter.

Observed the establishment still has not had the emergency line routed to the local emergency dispatch. When speaking to the 911 operator she informed me that there is no locator information for this line on their end. Establishment informed on August 2022 that the phone would need to be routed to local dispatch prior to the next pool season.

Observed their were no weirs located inside of any of the skimmers. CA: Each skimmer shall have a weir that adjusts automatically to variations in water level over a minimum range of four inches.

Observed the piping did not have marking directions that indicate flow direction. CA: CPO stated that he would mark the piping immediately.
