Observed emergency phone was off the hook when opened. Inspector hung the phone up and picked it back up to attempt to dial 911. When dialing 911 the phone rang multiple times then gave the busy signal.

Observed flow meter was not reading GPM. The CPO attempted adjusting the flow meter but was unsuccessful. CPO agreed to replace the flow meter.

Observed the establishment still has not had the emergency line routed to the local emergency dispatch. When speaking to the 911 operator she informed me that there is no locator information for this line on their end. Establishment informed on August 2022 that the phone would need to be routed to local dispatch prior to the next pool season.

Observed the piping did not have marking directions that indicate flow direction. CA: CPO stated that he would mark the piping immediately.
