Observed black/brown buildup on certain nozzles of drink machines in the lobby and kitchen area. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. PIC needs to clean or replace drink nozzles.

Observed plastic tubs stacked while wet on drying rack. Equipment and utensils shall be allowed to completely air dry before stacking or contacting food. COS: PIC separated the tubs.
