2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed handwash sink located in the food prep area had a pan with water sitting inside of it. Observed handwash sink located in juice prep area was blocked by a large trash can. COS: PIC removed the pan from the handwash sink and moved the trash can to a different location inside of the store. CA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use.

Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(g) - ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food, date marking (pf)
Observed containers of chicken and bacon being held past the date marking label. COS: Pans given to the PIC who discarded of items.
