Observed that upon arrival when I introduced myself and requested who was in charge. I was informed by multiple employees that she was not in the establishment at the moment but that they were calling her. After not being able to immediately get in contact with the manager another employee agreed to conduct the inspection with the inspector. Store manager arrived while inspector was writing up the inspection and introduced herself.
