Observed central restrooms were not being made available to guest and patrons. The doors to the establishment are being kept locked. COS: Doors to establishment unlocked. CA: Toilets, lavatory, and bathing facilities shall be provided at all tourist accommodation
34 - grounds, walkways, porches and hallways maintained; drives provide unobstructed width and proper spacing; graded to drain; trailer spaces marked clearly, areas clean and maintained in good repair

Observed trash in bags in the breeze ways and on the grounds around the facility. COS: As the inspector and the PIC walked the grounds he picked up most of the trash. CA: Grounds, including spaces beneath buildings and trailers, shall be kept clean and free of litter

Observed front door to the establishment was not tight fitting. CA: Openings to the outside shall be effectively protected against the entrance of rodents and insects by tight-fitting doors, closed windows, screening, controlled air currents or other means

Observed multiple spray bottles, located on the housekeeping cart outside of the laundry room, were not labeled with the common name of the chemical. CA: Any spray bottle used in cleaning a tourist room or stored on the housekeeping cart shall be labeled with its contents
