Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(f) - time/temperature control for safety; cold holding (p)
Observed food stored in the prep line coolers and walk-in cooler above 41F. Manager discarded of some food items and moved some food to an ice bath to reduce food temperatures. COS: "Boba" discarded, queso reheated and Pico placed on ice bath.
