Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Quat sanitizer solution in-use (buckets) not at proper minimum strength upon testing. COS, Quat sanitizer was added by pouring to buckets instead of from dispenser by PIC. Retested solution and at proper concentration.
16A - hot and cold water available; adequate pressure
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h) - water supply, capacity; pressure (pf)
Water pressure observed lacking at 3-compartment sink. A work order has been requested and company is scheduled to be out this week to address issue. Email verification once resolved to Bernotta.Linder@dph.ga.gov
