Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - equipment, food/nonfood-contact surfaces, and utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (c)
-Observed accumulations of cheese food debris inside the prep top cooler of the front service area of the kitchen across from the flat top grill. -Observed accumulations of grease and old food debris on shelf underneath the flat top grill of the kitchen next to the cook kettle. -Observed shelving in walk in cooler with accumulations of dust and old food debris. -Observed counter top underneath soda dispensing machine of the dining area with accumulations of syrup debris. *CTM, Conduct cleaning of listed areas and send documentation to Kristen.Tyler@dph.ga.gov within 72hrs.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(4)(b) - designated areas for employee activity, located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, & single service articles (c)
-Observed igloo lunch cooler, cell phone and wallet stored on rear prep table of the rear kitchen area of the facility across from the rear hand wash sink. These items were noted previous inspections. *COS, Items were stored in designated locker area by PIC upon request.
