-Observed multiple TCS Food items (Leaf lettuce 58/59F, Fresh Spinach 57F, Deli Turkey 57F, Cracked Black Pepper Eggs 58/59/61F, Chiles 57F, Cooked Brisket 61F, and Hashbrowns 65F) stored in the rear triple door reach in refrigerator across from the 3 compartment sink in the rear kitchen area not being cold held at 41F or below. Ambient temperature in RIR was around 65F. *COS, Food items were discarded upon request by PIC.

-Observed cooling sliced tomatoes stored in metal deep container (>2") in the sandwich/bagel prep top cooler of the front service area of the kitchen. PIC stated tomatoes had been sliced 15/20 mins prior to discovery. *COS, Sliced Tomatoes were placed in rear Reach in cooler to rapid cool prior to consumption.
