-Observed multiple food storage containers stored as clean in the dry storage ware washing area of the kitchen with non TCS. debris and old labels. CA: All food contact surfaces must be washed, rinse, sanitized and old labels removed. *COS, Food storage containers were placed through dish washer, and washed, rinsed and sanitized upon request by employee.
