-Observed facility unable to produce test strips for testing of Quat Chemical sanitizer while solution present in 3 compartment sink. Was notated previous inspection. *CTM, Obtain chemical test strips and send documentation to Kristen.Tyler@dph.ga.gov within 72hrs.

-Observed 2 employee drinks (Single service cup w/ lid and straw and single service cup with lid and w/o straw) stored on a cutting board on a cart across from the handwashing sink directly next to a pitcher of brewed coffee. Employee drinks were noted on previous inspection. *COS, Employee drinks were moved to designated shelf to prevent contamination.

-Observed 2 employee cell phones stored on a cutting board on a cart across from the hand wash sink in the facility near brewed coffee in a pitcher. Was noted on previous inspection. *COS, Cell phones were removed from cutting board to prevent contamination.

-Observed multiple tcs food items (Half and Half 50F, Whole Milk 50F, Fat Free Milk 47F, Whole Milk 48F, Oat Milk 50F, Almond Milk 50F, etc.) not being cold held at 41F or below in the reach in cooler near the drive thru window closest to Ashely street. Ambient temperature in Reach in cooler was around 48F-50F. PIC(s) were instructed to not store potentially hazardous foods or utilize reach in cooler until able to maintain proper temperatures of 41F or below. Also recommended having unit serviced. *COS, All out of temperature tcs foods were discarded by PICS upon request.

-Observed front reach in cooler near drive thru window closest to Ashely street not maintaining proper temperature of 41F or below. Recommended having unit serviced; Recommended not storing tcs in unit until serviced. Was reoccuring issue from previous inspection. Ambient temp of unit was around 48F/ 50F. *CTM, Have unit serviced and send documentation to Kristen.Tyler@dph.ga.gov within 72hrs.

-Observed both Quat sanitizer buckets (Smaller red buckets) near drive thru windows of front service area of the kitchen with chemical concentrations too low around 0ppm *COS, Quat Sanitizer was refreshed and was measured with test strips in proper chemical constraints.

-Observed front reach in cooler near drive thru window closest to Ashely street not maintaining proper temperature of 41F or below. Recommended cleaning coils and having unit serviced; Recommended not storing tcs in unit until serviced. Ambient temp of unit was around 45/ 46F. *CTM, Have unit serviced and send documentation to Kristen.Tyler@dph.ga.gov within 72hrs.

-Observed leaking pipe and water pooling in facility in rear kitchen area near 3 compartment sink area of the facility. PIC stated plumber is scheduled to repair issue later this evening. *CTM, Please repair leaking pipe in rear kitchen area and send documentation to Kristen.Tyler@dph.ga.gov within 72hrs.

-Observed 2 unapproved drinking containers (thermoses) stored under prep shelf next to countertop containing drive thru cash register (Patterson Street Window) in the facility. -Observed 3 unapproved containers (single service cups with lids and without straws) stored under shelf next to countertop containing cash register (Patterson St. Drive thru) in the facility. *COS, Thermoses were placed in employee storage area, 2 employee drinks were discarded, 1 employee drink had straw placed in it upon request by PIC.

-Observed 1 sanitizer bucket hanging under prep area of the kitchen (near Patterson street drive thru window) with chemical concentrations >400ppm. -Observed 1 sanitizer bucket (orange home depot) stored under prep area closest to Ashely St. drive thru window and 1 sanitizer bucket on shelf underneath Ashely St. Drive thru window with chemical concentrations >400ppm. Dispenser in mop sink area is dispensing >400ppm. 3 Compartment sink dispenser is within correct concentration levels. 3 buckets were taken from mop sink dispenser. Recommended having mop sink dispenser recalibrated. *COS, All sanitizer buckets were discarded and new sanitizer was dispensed from 3 compartment sink dispenser. *COS

-Observed wet wiping cloth stored underneath expresso machine closest to Patterson street drive thru window of the facility. Wiping cloths shall be stored in a sanitizer solution between uses. *COS, Wiping Cloth was placed back in solution by PIC upon request.
