Observed condiment squeeze bottle with Old Fashioned Chocolate Fudge being hot held at 109F in Carnival warmer. Fudge was placed in warmer at 9:30AM by staff. COS, Chocolate fudge was discarded by PIC upon request.

Observed gallon jug of whole milk stored in walk-in cooler past best if used by date of Jan 3, 2026. COS, Jug of whole milk was discarded by staff.

Borders of ice cream deep freezers observed with debris, inside reach-in cooler in front area observed soiled with blue debris and red liquid. Also, dried dairy on door of cooler. Detail clean inside equipment & nonfood contact surfaces within timely manner and email verification to Bernotta.Linder@dph.ga.gov
