Facility changed existing handwash sink function. Sink must remain a handwashing sink to ensure sinks are placed adequately for washing hands. COS facility informed and proper signage and soap dispenser installed at sink.

Observed food debris on handles of reach-in cooler and prep-top cooler. COS facility informed and handles cleaned.
Observed ice build-up on door of walk-in freezer. COS facility informed and ice chipped away.
